FLYING YOUR PUPPY HOME

All Cornerstone Farms puppies are flown home to their families on American Airlines and with Delta's Pet Safe program. Depending on which airport you need your new companion flown to, one of these great airlines will get them there safely with our help. We have sent babies all over the world and we feel as long as you pay for a good flight, you get one. We used to allow buyers to book their own flights but our babies were stopping 3 or 4 times and flying for extremely long hours because they tried to get the cheapest flights available. NO MORE!  Now we use a great shipping company called Ozark Mountian Pet Transport and Tony and his gang are in charge of booking the flights and making sure each puppy makes it to the right airlines. They do a wonderful job and stay with our pups until the airline attendants  take them to get on their flight home.

So you choose the perfect companion for your family. Then we will invoice you and you can secure the puppy with your payment in full or deposit. The girls and I will send you pictures each week so you can watch this sweet adorable puppy grow while we wait for him/her to be 8 weeks old. We will send your information over to Tony as soon as we receive your payment and he will put his crew to work getting us a flight. We receive the flight info and we pass it along to you. Sometimes we don't get the confirmation until a few days prior to flying but rest assured that as soon as we have it we will call/email it to you. We give you the flight times, airway bill number to track the puppy's flight plan, name of person picking up and a toll free phone number for directions about where at your airport to pick him/her up at.  

On the day your best friend comes home you will take your ID to the airport and your new family member will be waiting for you to arrive. The travel crate, medical paperwork including healthy puppy medical exam cert. and vaccination records, microchip number and information about where and how to register the pup in your name with the Home Again company and our Lifetime Health Guarantee are all attached to the crate. If your puppy is a purebred or registered with the hybred club, the registration papers will be mailed separate as we wouldn't want someone with the airlines to feed your puppy along the way and maybe lose your registration papers when they open the packet.

Purchasing a companion from anyplace around the world can be fun and exciting! We do our best to make the whole thing a lot of fun for the kids, peaceful and trouble-free for Dad and Mom. All of the Ritters love Jesus so if you do as well then faith helps the whole process be stress free!!
